Today I focused on the kiddos room. It needs paint (not very neutral right now!) and still needs to be depersonalized a bit more, but its much closer to listing now.

Decluttering
I posted a few weeks back that we are planning to move very soon. In the meantime, I have been packing. I have been going through each room, one by one, and decluttering. I have been throwing things away, packing up things we want to keep but dont use, and making a large pile for our upcoming yard sale. Its amazing how freeing this is. I hope very much that we can keep up this decluttered look at our next home.

What a cute room and it looks very organized to me! Great work!
Awesome job Lisa!! I really like the new arrangement too! Marissa's bed looks great that way! Are both kids sleeping in there now? They were ending up in your bed weren't they?
Thanks! They both sleep in there. Marissa doesnt get in our bed at all anymore. Christian joins us at about 6 am most nights (sometimes earlier). We will have to break him of that before September, but for now I dont mind.
