Today I got to try my new post as mom to 3 kids under 4 all alone. We went to the grocery store. Over all it really wasnt too scary. There is only one cart that will work for us, though. It has two seats for toddlers behind a normal shopping cart. So Mustang got one plastic seat and Charger got the other. Mini Cooper's car seat went in the toddler part of the actual shopping cart, and the cart held our stuff.
We certainly got a lot of attention! You might have thought that we had 12 kids or so with a few of the looks we received. We also took up the entire isle when we went in. The cart was surprisingly easy to push and I think that double stroller makers could learn a thing or two (or 3 or 4) from the makers of massive shopping carts.
When we left the store, Mini started crying. She HATES the car. She cried all the way home, which, thankfully is only about a mile. Then she cried the entire time I unloaded the car. I am going to have to figure out a way to make her happy even when I cant hold her.
So it was my most stressful day as of late, but we survived.
