School Day Outtakes Week #2

Here are some random highlights from our school over the last couple of weeks.

Mustang working more on all the chains-short, long, squares and cubes.  This timing was PERFECT since we are also memorizing them with our Classical Conversations math.

Mini Cooper randomly asked for a presentation on the binomial cube.  And, she got it!!

Charger with the cylinder extensions.

This game is from Charger's reading program PAL.  Mini Cooper wanted to feed Mugs, though.

My living room full of children hard at work on Montessori Materials.  Makes me happy :).

Practicing letters with our new Kid-O tracer.  Yes, Charger is a lefty!

Matching color words with PAL.

Mustang is almost through addition chart #5.

Charger with the full number layout.

He screamed with excitement when he got to hold the Thousand Cube!

LOVE THIS!!!  My husband discussing math with Charger.  I think even he was drawn to the materials :).

Other things you can do with the cubes and squares...build towers!

Mini Cooper's school one day :(.  She was feeling a bit ill.

Mustang doing her math work while watching her Uncle Owen's music video.  She asked if she could please work at the desk and listen to her favorite music :).

Working on our Apologia science book (watch for a review soon!!).

Matching words and picture game with his PAL work.

Counting all the M&M's he won.  (Yes they are leftover from Christmas).

I hope your schooling is going well!!  Thanks for stopping by to see a glimpse of ours :).

God Bless,

We are linking up:
