Christmas Gift Ideas for a 6 Year Old Boy.

I thought about sharing with you his wish list, but I can't find it anymore.  Plus, he keeps adding to it and I CANNOT keep up! So, here is simply what is going under the tree.  Maybe it will give you some ideas for that last minute shopping!

We were on a John Deere kick it seemed this year (and ended up getting some good deals on Zulily that helped).

First we got some John Deere Mega Bloks.  This is the Mega Bloks - John Deere - Seeding Crew.  I don't know who is more excited...Dad or Charger.

We got this one to go with it.  This is the Mega Bloks - John Deere - Bale Transport Unit.  There are other sets, too.  I think we will need to try and get them in the future.  They are pretty cool!

This is certainly one of MY very favorite things under the tree! MasterPieces / John Deere Collector's Checkers Game Set.  The board is a bunch of fields, and when you get 'kinged' you get a tractor to put on top of your checkers.  I suspect ours will turn into a big field for playing with the barn, but still very cool.

I found a few I Spy Books at a yard sale this summer, so they will be going under the tree, too.

LEGO Batman 2 was on the top of both Charger AND Mustang's list.  I hope they don't fight over it ;).

The big guy, Santa, does make an appearance here (though he looks more like a 30 something pregnant lady).  And, here is what he (she) is bringing.

I'm pretty certain that this LEGO Ninjago Ultra Sonic Raider  is going to be the favorite of his gifts.  If you have a Ninjago fan and you don't know which one to get, this is the best one.  It  comes with ALL 4 of the main ninjas, which really gets a big start on your collection.  Just be sure to not pay more then $79.99 for it (or much less like I did).  I saw this jump to over $90.00 this weekend!

The LEGO Ninjago The Golden Dragon  was a good second set because it also adds the gold ninja to our collection.  We just need one more ninja and their leader.

Now, stocking stuffers.  I have a regular standing rule=no junk.  It is soooo easy to find little junky Dollar Store stuff to fill the stockings with.  But, then I regret it for the next week as everything breaks.  So, I cut back even more this year and chose some larger, more expensive items, to fill the stocking with useful items.

I found this Ninjago shirt on clearance for just $5.99 at our local Children's Place (it is more on the website).

This IRIS LEGO Minifigure and Brick Storage Case is small and fits nicely in the stocking. It will hold all his new Ninjago ninjas in one place, too.

And, of course, we he was going to 'need' the LEGO Ninjago - Lloyd that didn't come with either set :).

We also picked up a toothbrush, chocolate penguin, a few candy canes, a coloring book, a box of crayons, and a Halo Mega Bloks blister pack that has a mystery character in it.  But, that's all that's in the stocking this year!

That's also his complete Christmas.  If you are still looking for ideas, most of these are still available through Amazon with Prime shipping.

Hope the list is helpful!!

Merry Christmas,
Lisa

Some Gift Deals I Found While Shopping

I know I'm not your saving money blog, but when you do online shopping for 4 kids and 7 nieces and nephews, you have to be aware of the sales out there.  So, for the last 3 weeks or so, I have been doing a lot of sale shopping.  To be honest, I love to share the good deals I got, because I wish people would share them with me.  A lot of them are time sensitive (like 3 days or less), so if you see something you like, snag it!

Plasma Cars (or as Zulily is calling them 'swing cars') are on sale for just $27.99 plus shipping!  They have 12 different colors to choose from!  Sale ends Sunday night 11/24/13 (or while supplies last).

This Guidecraft doll sized kitchen is on sale on Zulily for just $12.99!  With shipping it came to just under $20.00!  I found the same one on Amazon for $100, so yes I snatched this one up!  It comes in light or dark wood and is also on sale till Sunday or while supplies last.

This last Zulily steal is $59.99 plus shipping.  We LOVE these Preschool Prep Co. DVD's.  We already own the first 4 (Letters, Numbers, Shapes, and Colors).  The little ones 'loved' them so much that they have scratches on them *sigh*.  But, we have also checked out some of the others from the library and everyone enjoys them.  Grandma heard that we would like them and picked them up as a gift.  I'm looking forward to it!  But this BIG set is selling for $95.00 on Amazon, so this price is a great deal! This one ends TONIGHT!

American Girl has a small, but nice, selection of stocking stuffer sized books and paper dolls staring at just $2.00!  I picked up this one for Mustang, and it is just $3.00.

And, another place that I check daily is the Amazon lightening deals.  They do have some cute stuff at good prices.  I often miss them, though!

I will try to do a few more posts like these in the future, if you all enjoy them.  I am not an Amazon affiliate, and I only get a referral for Zulily if you haven't yet signed up (but, I think everyone has lol).  I'm just doing this to help you out, and to share some good deals I found.

Thanks for stopping by!
God Bless,
Lisa

Christmas Gift Ideas for a 2-4 Year Old Girl

I did something a little different this year when making our Christmas lists.  I usually skim all through Amazon and all the fun things I've added to my Pinterest wish lists throughout the year, and then show them to my kids to see which things they like, too.

This year, I actually let them LOOK at the stack of catalogs that came to our door.  I have to admit, there were some adorable things in them and I enjoyed watching them ooh and aah over the pretty toys.  Then, I made them make lists (yes I turned it into a school assignment, he he).  I had them list the top 10 items they wanted.  No exceptions.  It was even more interesting to watch them choose things and then remove them when they reached 10 and really wanted something even more!

I even sat down with the catalogs with my 2 year old and my 4 year old and made lists with them.  Even my 2 year old had some definite favorites.  All of them came up with a few things I wouldn't have thought to buy them, but I believe that this year they will enjoy their gifts more then ever.  And, NO they are not getting all 10, but it gave me a lot to choose from :).

So, here's the top things that my little girls wanted :).

Now, this is for girls a little older, but it was on the top of Mini Cooper's list.  In fact, she has been saving her own money to buy Caroline.  She is an American Girl and soo pretty!

This adorable set is at Target.com.  You can order just the table and chairs for $38.89 OR you can order the 'tea party set' and FREE doll for the exact same price!!!  I actually plan to get this and separate the order so that Explorer can have a doll like the big girls without me paying the big price.  Mini Cooper was the one who wanted the table so it will be great for both girls!

Apparently tea sets were on her mind, because Mini Cooper fell in love with this little set that is just her size.

I wouldn't have ever even noticed these if it hadn't been for our magazines.  But, BOTH little girls went crazy when they saw these adorable butterfly wings.  They love to dress up, and I love that these wings do not have wires to 'hold' them up (aka poke holes in the wings and then poke eyes out).  I can't wait to see them flying in these :).

Both girls love cars.  They love our dollhouse car and our Barbie car. So, it was no wonder that the girls both requested a car that they could drive their big dollies around in.  This one is from Target, and is a great deal.

Mini Cooper loved this little mushroom fairy house, and I did, too.  But, the reviews are very low, so it won't be under the tree.

Explorer would absolutely NOT let me turn the page when this ride-on bouncy cow showed up on the page.  She still shows it to me when she finds it.  I didn't realize she would care that much about her gift, but she certainly wants this one!

Mini Cooper LOVED these tiny fairies from Magic Cabin.  They are so cute!

And, they both asked for these lovely cloaks-also from Magic Cabin.  I was very happy to find a discounted version on Zulily :).

We also love anything by eBoo.  Such sweet games with amazing graphics.

Explorer is at the perfect age for many of Melissa and Doug's adorable puzzles.

And, both girls always love a great new coloring book or sticker book, like the Princess and Fairy book from Melissa and Doug.

So, as you can see PINK, fairies, princesses, and dolls were pretty much the summary of their lists.  I loved that the list isn't chalk full of things with cartoon characters on them, and they genuinely seemed to think about what they wanted (Mini Cooper, 4, more so then Explorer, 2).

We are not getting EVERYTHING on the list, but pretty much everything we are getting is here, and I am looking forward to seeing their faces on Christmas!

What is on your little lady's lists?

God Bless,
Lisa

TOS Review: Chess House

For the last few weeks we have been reviewing one of or very favorite review products of the year!  We received a Starter Chess Learning Kit from ChessHouse.com and we are LOVING it!!

In our Starter Chess Learning Kit, we received:

  • A chess board that is made out of a vinyl foam and rolls all up
  • A full chess set made out of sturdy plastic, and they have green felt on the bottoms
  • Elliot's Chess School Pawn Level DVD
  • A large carrying case that has compartments for the board, pieces, and DVD
This set retails for $49.95 if you buy each item individually, but for the set is just $39.99.

As soon as our Chess Learning Kit arrived, my children started begging to try it!  It was really hard to not try and start playing the game immediately, but I held them back so we could watch Elliot's Chess School DVD first.  My kids had never played Chess and I didn't want them to get confused, so I was very firm that the would watch the DVD first!

So, they patiently watched the DVD.  The LOVED it.  All four sat with their eyes glued to Elliott.  The DVD runs 49 minutes, and they were a bit frustrated when I wouldn't let them watch it all at one time.  But, as soon as they watched the first couple episodes they were happily setting up the chess board and telling me all that they had learned.

The second day, I let them finish watching the DVD.  As soon as it was over, they were off.  I was very impressed at how well they had picked up the information.  They weren't world class chess champions or anything, but they DID know what all the pieces could do and how they moved across the board.

The way that Elliot presents the chess game in his DVD is to first, introduce the board.  Then he introduces each individual piece.  He explains the name, value, and capabilities of each piece.  The DVD is broken down into chapters, so you can watch it all at once or break it up like we did.

Since then, there as been many a chess game being played at our house.  We have the slight challenge that Charger isn't as old as Mustang, and currently that means he is not as good as she is.  So, she almost always wins, but he is getting better.

When my parents came for a visit, my dad was more then happy to play against the kids.  He also continued to give chess instruction to Charger-helping him to learn more strategy.

My brother is, ironically, a chess champion-literally.  He was a member of our school's first place state championship chess team.  It's ironic because he was also the school homecoming King, lol.  But, chess has always been a part of my family growing up.  I knew that young children could learn (my brother learned when he was 4), but I had no CLUE how to teach them!!  I am extremely grateful for Elliot's DVD helping me with something I couldn't do!

Overall I would recommend this product hands down!  We loved every part of it.  The DVD, especially was a hit.  But the board was really nice, too.  Granted, you can go to any store and pick up a random set, but this one is a step above.  I loved the way the board is labeled with the letters and numbers of each row-very nice for new learners.

And, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way that it all wraps up and goes into the carrying case-it will be super nice to take along for Christmas chess games at Grandpas!

If you already have a chess set, Elliot's Chess School DVD's are sold separately.  But, I would recommend the whole set.  The Chess Starter Kit is designed for ages 4 and up, and while I would probably up that to about 5 1/2, I agree that pretty much any child, teen, or adult will enjoy this!  It would make a great Christmas gift for lots of people on your list!

To see what others on our crew thought of the Chess Starter Kit, check out the crew blog.

Thanks for stopping by!
God Bless,
Lisa

V-Tech InnoTab 3S Review and GIVEAWAY!!

Last month was 'birthday' month at our house, and it just so happened a very neat review product arrived at our door just in time for the celebrations.  We received an InnoTab 3S from V-Tech.  As soon as the wrapping paper was pealed back, they were all begging to be the first reviewer :).

The InnoTab 3S is a tablet, geared towards children ages 3-9.  It comes packed with 20 different apps (like the My Magic Beanstalk like you can see in the photo), plus thanks to the VTech Learning Lodge, you can download tons of additional apps (they cost extra).  It also takes cartridges, so there is a ton of opportunity for expansion.

The InnoTab 3S allowed us to make a profile for each child so that they could progress through game apps without 'messing up' each other's games.  As we made a profile, each child chose an avatar or took a picture of themselves using the on-board camera.  That camera has become a favorite, taking pictures of all sorts of things and people (yes that includes me).  It is ALSO a video camera!!

Once your child is logged on, they can choose from apps that are 'on' the InnoTab 3S, or choose to play a cartridge game.  We received the Read, Play, Create cartridge that had games for the kids to play.  VTech sells other cartridges which you can switch out and add to the options.

The VTech Learning Lodge allows you to purchase apps, e-books, and even movies to use on the go.  You connect the InnoTab 3S via an USB port, and register for an account.  The InnoTab 3S comes with one free app download.  My goodness, finding ONE that everyone could agree on....  well actually it didn't happen, but I finally made an executive decision and downloaded a fire fighting game.  They all enjoyed it.  It was geared up to age 7, clearly too easy for my just turned 8 DD, and on the easy side for my 5 year old, but they did still enjoy it.  The apps can be purchased for 2.99 and up, which is very reasonable in the app world.  One feature I will be taking advantage of is the wish list maker.  That way, in the future I can buy apps that the kids ask for in advance.  They make a list and send it to me, and then I can chose from their list and buy apps.  Love it!

Another feature that we are still exploring are the Wi-Fi capabilities.  It came in very handy when I went to download our free app.  I chose the app on our Learning Lodge account, but when I turned on the tablet I realized the download hadn't completed.  I was thrilled when I realized that I could just connect to the Wii-Fi, download the game and let the kids go.  I have not allowed the kids to use the kid safe web-browsing capabilities yet.  Mainly because they haven't tired of the current features and I prefer to introduce things one at a time so they focus on one at a time :).

Of course, with any product that is electronic, it simply means it probably does tons more things that I haven't figured out...but, my kids probably have, lol!!

The InnoTab 3S runs on 2 rechargeable battery packs-and it's good they are rechargeable because it takes only about 2 hours for the battery to be recharged.  I know some kids would not use it that long, but with 4 kids, each getting a 1/2 hour play time...it only takes one play session before it's dead.  Now, that IS a blessing for us, because no one can beg for more playtime!

This great video shares some of the features in better detail, and explains a few that I am not yet an expert on:

Now, if you can't tell, we are really enjoying the V-Tech InnoTab 3S.  We already own a number of tablets that are geared at adults, but the kids hardly ever get to use them.  It is hard to turn your pricey electronic over to your four year old and say-here go have fun!!  And, even the one that we DID let the kids use, they managed to download all kinds of pricey apps and movies!!  So they quickly lost that privilege, too.

The InnoTab 3S is costs just $99.00, which is competitively priced for this market.  It is kid safe-all wrapped up in plastic.  It is easy for the kids to use-they can use their fingers or a stylus if that works better for them.  They can't order apps or movies-an adult has to do that. Best part, they have a ton of educational apps and games, so we are able to use this during school!!  I love allowing Mini Cooper to do electronic learning without having to turn my entire desktop over to her.

Probably our only complaint?  That we don't have four of them and there is lots of patience having to be learned as the kids wait their turn to play!!

To BUY the InnoTab 3S on the V-Tech website or wherever V-Tech items are sold.  I would HIGHLY recommend getting the bundle that includes the rechargeable battery packs.  I am not sure it comes with all of them, and it was a feature I would not have wanted to go without.  We reviewed a blue and white model, but it also comes in pink!

You can learn more about the InnoTab 3S by checking out the web-site, Twitter page, or Facebook.

I am also SUPER excited to get to share this InnoTab 3S with one of you!!!  Yes, thanks to the awesome folks at V-Tech, I get to giveaway an InnoTab 3S!!  Super cool, eh?  One less Christmas present to buy?  Yep!!  So, here's what you have to do.  I am using the Rafflecopter giveaway app to make this easier.  Lots of easy ways to enter, so find one that works and put your name in the hat.  This giveway ends this coming Sunday, October 20th, 2013, at midnight CST (US address only).  So, get your entries in, tell your friends, and be sure to check back and see if you won!

Thanks for stopping by!!  Good luck and God bless,
Lisa

Christmas Learning Through Literature: Our Favorites

Well, I had big plans to do a lesson plan a week on great Christmas books.  But, well, here it is one week before Christmas and I only wrote out one.  If I wait to write a blog post for each of our books, it will be Valentines, lol! I still wanted to share with you our favorite children's Christmas books this year!

Our overall theme was Christmas around the world.  You can read about our lesson for Christmas in Mexico with 9 Days Before Christmas.

Tree of Cranes, by Allen Say, takes place in Japan.  Using our Continent Map, we discussed where Japan is at.  Before I read the book to my children, I looked up Japanese Christmas customs online.  Turns out, only 1% of Japanese people celebrate Christmas.  This is because only about 1% of the population are Christians!

In addition to the discussion of the differences in Japanese life and ours-floor mat beds, sliding doors, paper crane wishes-we also talked about what it would be like to live in a country where people did not believe in Jesus and did not celebrate Christmas.

After we read Tree of Cranes, we tried to make our own origami animals.  Lets just say that THIS American isn't very good at making them!

Annika's Secret Wish, by Beverly Lewis, is an absolute gem of a book!  It takes place in Sweden sometime before the advent of electricity, likely in the late 1800's.  This was a special treat since my Great-Great-Grandmother immigrated from Sweden in the late 1800's.

The story line blends information about Swedish Christmas traditions with the true meaning of Christmas.  Annika gives away her wish so that her brother can have his wish.

"It is more blessed to give then to receive," Acts 20:35 is the heart of Annika's Secret Wish.  And, I loved the line that author Beverly Lewis adds "the almond could bring smiles and laughter, but only God could make a miracle."

Jingle Bells, by Iza Trapani, was a complete surprise to me!  We already had this title on our shelves and I thought it was just the text of the song Jingle Bells!  Well, thumbing through the book I was pleasantly surprise to find out that it is actually a quick sleigh ride around the world through different cultures and Christmas celebrations!

If you are looking for a quick way to discuss Christmas around the world with little ones, I recommend this title!
I used it with our Co-Op 3's play group and they enjoyed it very much.

After reading the book, we still got out our jingle bells and sang the song.

Some other stories we liked that weren't about cultures:

If you wanted to do a sort of Jesse Tree without working too much at it, the Jesus Storybook Bible has the perfect solution!  Each of the Old Testament stories end with a reference to the coming Messiah.

The story of Jesus' birth and the visit of the angel, shepherds, wise men, and everything about the story of Jesus' birth is perfectly written for little eyes and ears.  We have completely enjoyed reading the prophesy of Isaiah, the parallel of Jonah, and the birth of Jesus with this Bible.  If you don't have one-get one.  It's a must :).

The Berenstain Bears Christmas Tree is just simply adorable.  It is funny, festive, and has a great message of sharing and putting others first.

There are actually many extra discussions of animal habitats that can be discussed in this story, as well as the truth of listening to your mom :).

Certainly one of our favorites!

And while we are on the subject of Christmas trees, I wanted to bring you one last book.  The Year of the Perfect Christmas Tree by Gloria Houston.  It may or may not be one of my children's favorites.  But, it's certainly one of mine.

Make sure you have a tissue handy the first time you read the story, because you are likely to need it.

After we read this story, we discussed that some children would not have their daddy's home this year because they are fighting in a war.  We talked about how lucky we are to have our family all here and how we should be thankful.

Do you have a favorite Christmas book?  I am already on the look out for more to add next year.  I'd love to hear your suggestions!!

Merry Christmas!

Just a note:  Do to the laws in my state, I am not an Amazon affiliate.  I provide links simply to help you find the product you are looking for.

TOS Review: Growing Up Wild

With all the many wonderful review products I have been sent over the last 2 years on the Schoolhouse Review crew, I have never been more excited and honored to bring you a product then I am today!!

Many countless times, I have come across this question on homeschooling moms' message boards and Facebook pages:

"Does anyone know a good curriculum to teach about missions and missionaries?"

Everyone does their best to answer the question, but the fact is that we have always come up short due to a lack of a good curriculum to fit that need.  But, I am sooooo excited to tell you about a product that not only fills the need, but exceeds it in every possible way.

Let me introduce you to the Wild Family.  The Wild Family are missionaries with New Tribes Mission. Mike, Elizabeth, Asher, Kion, Morgan, and Hudson Wild live in the Wano Valley and minister to the Wano people in Papua, Indonesia.

The Wano people were an unreached people group before NTM and the Wild Family went to the Wano Valley.  The language of the Wano people was unknown, and so the Wild Family had to learn their language and then write it down.   After they translated the Wano peoples' language, they were able to present the message of the Gospel with the Wano people.

The Wild family also homeschool their children, and I suspect at one time or another, they saw the same question I did. But, they were in the unique situation to offer a solution to this question.  And answer they have!!!

Growing Up Wild follows the day to day adventures of the four Wild brothers as they live, play, learn, and spread the love of Christ with their family in the Papua Highlands.  Their life there is very different from the one that most American children live, and children are drawn in right away to see what happens!

Growing Up Wild is a DVD series that currently has 5 volumes.  Each volume has three 15 minute episodes that highlight a different aspect of growing up as a missionary kid in the jungle.  The DVD's also come with an activity guide that contain ways to take the episodes further in your learning.  It is always nice to have a homeschooling family write the curriculum, because they know how nice it is to have a CD-rom with the printables all ready to go!
The DVD and Activity Guide sets retail for $18.99 plus tax and shipping.  You can also save if you buy all 15 volumes at the same time for just $80.99.

The Wild Brothers and Our Country Kids:

We received copies of volumes 1 and 4 for review.  The first episode of the first volume is called 'Home Sweet Hut.'  This episode takes you on a tour of the Wild Family home in Wano.  It certainly sets the stage to let you know that things in Wano are quite different then those here in the States!

The Wild family lives in a ROUND house!  Made of local building materials, with local builders-and themselves.  Talk about green ;).  Their furniture is all made locally with wood from trees in the area, and it locks with a string and stick lock.

But, the similarities to an American house are still there.  The boys sleep in bunk beds, mom has a washing machine for their clothes, and there's even a LEGO LOFT that is currently the envy of my son!

One of the activities afterwards is to make your own Wano house.  We watched the episode a number of times to help us get a true feeling for how the house is built and what materials we had on hand to build one.

This is our group house made from an oatmeal container, bendi-stix, and soybean stubble.

Then, each child made their own.  Charger felt that since the Wild house has a lego loft, that the house should be made out of legos.  He didn't seem to care that it wasn't at all round.

Apparently Bob and the gang didn't care either :).

Mustang's house used the other half of the oatmeal box, and she decided that a flat roof was much easier then a gabled one.  Excuse the no smile.  She specifically wanted to have a photo with no smile.
Another suggested activity was to create a Venn-Diagram to compare and contrast the Wild Brother's house with our house.

We found that the Wild Brother's house:

  • Is round
  • has a round roof
  • has an electrical station
  • unique lock system
  • a cat door
  • homemade furniture
  • 1 bath (that we saw)
  • BIG spiders
  • a dog
  • LEGO LOFT
Our house:

  • Is a rectangle
  • has a triangle (gabled) roof
  • locks with a key
  • electrical box
  • bathtub
  • girls (except mom)
  • 2 baths
  • small spiders
  • cabinets
  • car and driveway
We both have:

  • A metal roof
  • wood floors
  • kitchen
  • bugs
  • windows
  • cat
  • schoolroom
  • big trees
  • rats/mice
  • ladder to a loft
  • books
Now, you may be wondering why it matters that we see where the Wild Brothers live to learn about Missionaries?  It means everything.  "Go Ye into all the world." is a big, vague, kinda scary sounding verse.  But, it's very important that we, as Christians, understand this command.

Growing up, I went to a church that was very missions minded.  Every fall, they would host a missions conference and invite 10 or more missionaries to come and be part of the conference.  The church members would attend little classes designed to help us meet the missionaries and understand what they did.  My dad was the pastor there and so we often had these missionaries come and stay in our home during the conference and other times.  Many of these families became friends, some of them like family.  I also had an aunt and uncle serving in Honduras.

Getting to know these families takes the mystery out of 'going into all the world.'  It's no longer something scary.  Real people and real families go.  It's something that God can equip any willing person to do.  By the time I was in high school, I was eager to have an opportunity to go.  The summer after graduating from high school, I went to Ghana in West Africa.  Three weeks that forever changed my heart.

At one point in life, I thought maybe I was called into foreign missions.  It has become clear that isn't the call God has for my life.  But, I certainly want to help my children understand this command to go.  Maybe one of them will be called.  And, even if they are not called to go, we are all called to send.   Understanding who we are sending and what they do is vital to developing a heart for the missionaries and their needs.

And, just in case you might think that living in the jungle means a home video quality movie, do not worry!  The quality of Growing Up Wild is top notch!  The music is catchy, the pictures are clear and beautiful, the narration is great, too.  The Wild family has done a perfect job of speaking to the children their product is aimed at, while at the same time including  mom and dad.

Bringing the Wild Family into our home has allowed me to teach my children about a real family who lives 1/2 way around the world in the middle of the jungle.  They sleep in bunk beds in a round house, they catch sun rays to power their laptops and ride in a helicopter to go to the grocery store.  They catch snakes for fun, kill spiders with spears, don't wear shirts, and have their noses pierced!  But, most important, they are a real family making known the mystery of the Gospel to the Wano people.  I feel beyond blessed to have Growing Up Wild as part of our curriculum and HIGHLY recommend it to you, too!!

If you would like to see what other families thought of Growing Up Wild, you can check out the Schoolhouse Review Crew blog.

God Bless You and thank you for stopping by!

Disclaimer:  I received copies of Volume 1 and 4 of Growing Up Wild in exchange for an honest review.  All opinions expressed are my own!
